AshevilleJune 29: Short Street Cakes
PhiladelphiaJuly 7: Greensgrow Farms, joint event with Marisa McClellan of Food in Jars.
More details will be posted as I get them. Also, starting this Saturday I will probably will not be updating textile nerd for the two weeks I’ll be gone. I know, it will be hard on me too.  But don’t worry, you can fill that dashboard void by watching me be an unmitigated disaster across the country on my own personal tour blog.
Oh yeah, and if you wanna hang out and geek out about textiles and weaving (I will not be the only weaver in this tour group, btw) or whatever, message me or just show up at one of our events! I’m made to understand that most of them will provide cocktails, so I should be less of an introvert than usual. Hopefully.
Hope to see you there tumblr!

Love the hat….

Love the hat….

Sheets on a clothesline, swings in trees,
wooden porches, pretty curtains blowing softly in the breeze

Children’s books, bunnies, birds and deer,
crunching leaves that whisper,
"Autumn" in your ear

Old libraries, picket fences, shutters, babbling brooks, stone walls, old homes
and their cozy little nooks
